Sorry about the delay. I started a new job last week (similar but different, but good overall) and am behind on all fronts of my life!
I just published pending comments and am going to upload the 15 minutes reading I did a few weeks ago. I have chapter-ized some of the Reindeer blog posts. I am going to upload that now (it will be long, it is 10 typed pages, but it will give you a sense about my writing).
